2. Contractor Responsibility
Each contractor is solely responsible for:
- Delivering services and work in a professional and timely manner;
- Meeting all applicable Colorado state and local laws, regulations, licensing, and insurance requirements
- Ensuring the quality, safety, and completion of their work.
3. Dispute Resolution Between Customer and Contractor
Any issues, disputes, or claims arising out of the contractor’s work shall be resolved directly between the Customer and the Contractor. Local Small Business Online Inc. is not a party to any agreement between Customer and Contractor and shall have no liability or obligation with respect to the performance, quality, or outcome of any work performed.

By using this website, Customers and Contractors acknowledge and agree that Local Small Business Online Inc. shall not be held liable for:
- Any damages, losses, defects, delays, or disputes relating to contractor services;
- Any representations, warranties, or promises made by contractors; or
- Any personal or property damages arising from contractor work.

Customers understand and agree that they are responsible for performing their own due diligence before hiring a contractor, including verifying licenses, insurance coverage, and references.
